The educational program is fully consistent with the Higher Education Standard 073 "Management" for the first (bachelor) degree of higher education № 1156 approved by Order of the MES from 29.10.2018 and provides the mastery of additional professional competences and program outcomes necessary for successful vocational -industry

Higher education applicants (students) have an opportunity to form their own independent individual pathway by choosing courses from the Catalogue of Elective Courses in accordance with the Regulations on the exercise of the right to free choice of academic disciplines by applicants for higher education of the University

Training results will enable applicants to skilfully:

• Set up and maintain professional communications: internally and with counterparties, orally and in writing, in the state and foreign languages

• Apply in practice the principles of IT business and assess legal, social, and economic consequences of the organization

• Manage and coordinate projects in the company, and quickly solve operational strategic tasks as a Project Manager

• Create and launch new IT products or business ideas (startup), to improve products at each stage of their lifecycle as a Product Manager

• Identify problems and perform search, collection and analysis of information, improve business models and business processes as a Business Analyst

• Create technical documentation, illustrate and adapt for the end user, as a Technical Writer

• Work and accompany clients as an Account Manager

• Work from an HR perspective, motivate my staff, and identify and manage stress as an HR Manager, Recruiter, People Partner, Career Adviser

• Be a digital marketer and increase sales as an Internet marketing specialist

• Improve company image and brand recognition as an SMM manager

• Carry out search engine promotion of websites, develop promotion strategies, analyse and monitor innovations as an SEO specialist
