An extract from the Rules of admission of KTU "SHAG":

3.11. When applying in paper form, the applicant personally presents the originals

•	n identity document;
•	birth certificate - for applicants who do not have a passport by age;
•	military ID card or certificate of registration - for applicants liable for military service;
•	a document of the state standard on the previously obtained degree (educational qualification level), on the basis of which the admission is carried out, and an appendix to it;
•	Certificate (certificates) of external independent evaluation (for entrants on the basis of SES);
•	Diplomas (certificates) of the International Computer Academy "STEP" (for graduates of the Academy's specialized training system who apply for training in the bachelor's degree program);
•	documents confirming the applicant's right to participate in the competition based on the results of the entrance examinations on the basis of the SCO, admission by interview (if any).

3.12. To the application submitted in paper form, the applicant personally adds:

•	a copy of the identity document;
•	a copy of the birth certificate - for applicants who do not have a passport by age;
•	a document copy of the state standard on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is carried out, and a copy of the appendix to it;
•	a copy of the certificate (certificates) of external independent evaluation (for entrants on the basis of the SES);
•	a copy of the certificates of the Computer Academy "STEP" (for graduates of the Academy's specialized training system who apply for training in the bachelor's educational program);
•	four color photographs 3×4 cm in size.

The application in paper form indicates the applicant's consent to the processing of personal data.

Other copies of documents shall be submitted by the applicant, if it is caused by special conditions of admission to the relevant competitive offers established by law, within the time limits specified for the receipt of documents. The original documents for participation in the competition are submitted by the entrant only once (fulfillment of the requirements for admission).
