| In the 2018/2019 academic year, the first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in English was held at Kharkiv Technological University, in which our students took part. This Olympiad is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1313 of 28.11.2018 and the corresponding orderTechnical University "SHAG" No. 012/1812-o of December 28, 2018. | ||||

| The tasks were prepared in advance by our teacher- Associate Professor of the Department of Information Technologies, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Chemodanova Marina Fedorivna. | ||||
| According to the results of the first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in English, according to the orderof KTU "SHAG" No. 012/1812-o of December 28, 2018, the winners will be sent to the second round in April-May 2019 at the higher education institution, defined as the basic one - Lviv Polytechnic National University. | ||||
| Also, according to the same order of KTU "SHAG" № 012/1812-o of December 28, 2018, in the 2018/2019 academic year, the 1st round was held in the field of knowledge, specialty (specialization) "Financial and Economic Security Management" on 23.01.2019 and specialty (specialization) "Tourism" on 24.01.2019. | ||||
A qualitative selection was made (10.02.2019) of the best scientific works of students - Anastasia Pugach and Liana Akopian, their scientific works were sent to the relevant basic institutions of higher education to participate in the second round of the Competition:
